Yes, that’s true! The calories you earn by eating 5 ¼ biscuits are equal to the calories you earn daily from your normal breakfast, because eating one digestive biscuit gives you 86 calories of energy, and from 5 ¼ , you can easily earn 450 calories of energy. But you can’t pass the whole day without eating a Proper Normal breakfast, or by eating Just 5 ¼ Biscuits.

Why that’s so? Let’s examine what you can eat during the normal breakfast.

1-      One boiled egg = 78 Calories

2-      2 Pieces of Bread = 195 Calories

3-      Butter = 100 Calories

4-      One cup tea = 85 Calories

That’s whole makes 458 Calories of energy. But you surely can’t replace this whole with those 5 ¼ biscuits, unless you want to reduce your weight  :) .

There are also many extra constituents present in your normal breakfast, which are not present in 5 ¼ of biscuits. And those are fats, proteins, carbohydrates.

The normal diet (Breakfast) contains a large quantity of fats in it, and also gives a good quantity of Proteins. But those 5 ¼ biscuits don’t contain that much constituents in it. You can replace your normal breakfast by 5 ¼ of biscuits if you want to reduce your blood constituents, not forgetting, what you will not gain from those 5 ¼ biscuits. :)
