Yahoo Mail users will be able to update their Facebook status from their Yahoo Mail inbox starting later on Monday. Facebook users will be able to log into their accounts directly from the Yahoo Mail home page and will also be able to click to the Facebook profiles of friends when they receive e-mail from friends who have linked their two accounts in yahoo.

The Apple’s iPad pre-orders seem to be going great. The company updated its Web site on Saturday indicating that any new iPad orders will ship by April 12, as pointed out by AppleInsider and other blogs.
