10- Korean Airlines

This Korean Airlines Boeing 747 crashed while attempting to land at Guam in heavy rain. The pilot’s intentional VFR flight into instrument meteorological conditions and his failure to maintain altitude and clearance from terrain was the cause.
9- Air New Zealand

What started out as a Antarctic sightseeing tour, ended in disaster, when this Air New Zealand DC-10 crashed into Mt. Erebus killing all 257 aboard. An incorrect computer-stored flight plan led to a navigational error which brought the plane near Mt. Erebus in whiteout conditions.
